tips: -anomalies start death rituals (typically the ones who slouch and twitch), but they wont attack whatsoever (also edit: patients can start death rituals too!!) You can find out theyre an anomaly when you're stopping the death ritual, you can tase them to instantly stop the ritual and you will see their true form You can use eyedrops or iv drops to extinguish the candles without losing sanity, it's also your choice to extinguish the candles or tase the patient -you can use eyedrops on the ceiling eyes, the mass of eyes will calm down and won't deplete sanity anymore You need to look up to interact with it so you will still lose sanity in the process sooo... this is kinda just an extra to let yk, it's pretty easy not to look up -the bed monster is canadian, hold maple syrup and go into the red area. it'll go away -give the head banger a cup of coffee, they'll calm down and leave But take 2 sips before giving it away so it won't go to waste -when you're giving barney coffee too, you can also take 2 sips before giving it to him -if you accidentally let in an anomaly, simply give it the wrong treatment and it'll die just like how normal patients will die if you give them the wrong treatment :D -ron and ratthew will NEVER be anomalies -use fire extinguisher on the patients on fire instead of holding the interact button, it's a lot faster and no need to give ointment -use fire extinguisher to clean slime -use fire extinguisher on hiders -when doing a surgery, watch out for antibiotics and medicine because they look similar -when running away from hiders you can jump on a cabinet, their short ahhs can't reach you because they can't jump and they'll eventually go away -oh yeah also.. i advise you to NEVER SNITCH ON BARNEY. he'll give you a 2nd coffee machine! :D

Also first shift there is indeed no anomalies also for bed monster u can give maple syrup for it to go away and also eye drops for the eye but not worth it cuz u have to take dmg and the wall anomaly that's hiding in the wall u can get rid of them by the fire extinguisher pretty sure also if u drink 2 sips and give coffe to barney or the head banger anomaly they still take it so take 2 sips and not 3 to not waste coffe and to also get rid of them:D plz like so she can read my comment Edit : u can also use eye drops on candles of death ritual :p.

A BUNCH IF TIPS: 1:On shift 7 or 8 or 9 ratthew comes to sit in the table next to you and talks about his sister, when he’s done he gives you a key and once you get the key you have to go to room 5 and remove the cat painting then you will find a door that needs the key and it will give you ratthew lore 2: always take 2 sips before giving Barney coffee than take the last sip while your giving the Coffe to him 3: the slime can be cleaned up by the fire extinguisher 4: in rooms you can grab items through the walk to get them faster, but it only works if the items you need are next to the room you’re in 5: you can use the fire extinguisher to locate the ghost and you can use the taser to get the ghost away but you have to be up close 6: if the patients are looking at you then they are a anomaly 7: Ron and ratthew will never be an anomaly 8: on camera or photo the patients may have different ears which means it’s an anomaly 9: the bed monster needs Maple syrup 10: the eye drops make it so you don’t lose any sanity while putting the candles away

Hi Neenaa I wanted to tell you some tips! 1. The fire extinguisher can get rid of the slime almost instantly 2. If you see the wall hiders you can use the fire extinguisher to spray them and they disappear! 3. If you see the bed monster hold maple syrup and go into the red square 4. If you get the eyes on the ceiling them you can give them eyedrops but most of the time it’s not worth it as you lose A LOT of sanity 5. Ron and Ratthew are always good (also you cannot shoot or taze ratthew and Ron neither Barney or the doctor) 6. You can use eyedrops to put out ritual candles and it doesn’t deplete sanity 7. You can taze the ghost 8. Herbs is always the first treatment and eyedrops is always the second 9. IV is always the first thing in the surgery room aka room 8 10. Before giving Barney or head banger coffee you can take two sips 11. Anomaly’s start rituals sometimes Sorry if you already knew these!

Tip! For the camouflaged smiling creature , known as the translucent man! + More tips for other entities! Translucent Man : Don't look into his eyes for too long , it'll trigger him to get aggressive. If you do , it'll also make him chase you down for the whole shift , to avoid this make sure to run to the lobby aka the main room like where the registers are and soon he'll disappear in a puff! The Stalker : (tips) The stalker is the black creepy bunny! That is always smiling. He will at least appear ONCE in the whole gameplay , so this is how you avoid him! Make sure to IMMEDIATELY look away once he's there , it'll prevent you from draining 10 sanity! The bed monster : (tips!) The bed monster LOVES maple syrup / is Canadian! You can bring maple syrup to him to make him go away. There will be a square with red outlines in front of him , avoid it so he won't catch you! One more thing , if you taze the translucent man or extinguish him etc . He'll always come back with EVEN more of himself so avoid doing that! Enjoy my tips!

Edit: I now know how to get rid of the ghost You must sneak behind the ghost and taze it or shoot it If the door closes or opens by itself then the ghost is near the door The fire extinguisher exposes the ghost in it's invisible state so it can help you see the ghost Let me know if you want me to list every anomaly and every counter for it!

TIPS!!!: 7:16 sometimes the patients will twitch, they will only do a death ritual, you can use eyedrops to get rid of the candles without the sanity getting taken down, or you can taze the patients, Also Ratthew and Ron from accounting are always normal and are never an anomalies! You can use the fire extinguisher to clean up slime. You can give the bed monster maple syrup and the patient in room 8 will always need iv drops first. You can also shoot and taste other people/ teammates! Also trust Barney, don’t turn him in or refuse to help him or he won’t give you his extra coffee machine! Also if patients have hollow eyes/ no eyes you can let them in!

hi nina here is a heads up: Ratthew starts to warm up to you and become your friend. I think he says “pest control” or something like that, is looking for him. He will come into your office and talk to you a bit then leave behind a note saying “I stole this from the doctor” and on top is a key, you use it to unlock the safe in room 5 In photos they always arent cursed, sometimes they’ll have different ears or eyes so look out for that ^_^ When you get 2 window spots if one is an anomaly and the other is a patient, look at the camera, treat the patient first and close the shutters once the patient says their room number to reject the anomaly. If they are normal on the cameras, take both of their photos. If one photo is different/cursed then register the normal patient. It will register them both but only let in the patient in, if the anomaly takes the name tag and goes in, just shoot them with a gun or taze them

Tip for death ritual: use eyedrops and make sure to hold it out to get rid of the candles without losing sanity or just taze them! Also another little tip is that to give the eye monster on the ceiling the eydrops I find it easier to jump onto the patients bed

Tips!! The thing you saw in room 7 is a wallpaper anomaly! You can shoot,tase, or use a fire extinguisher to kill them! The patients with big black eyes,twitching, and posture are actually possesed patients! They only start rituals which you can use eye drops or iv drops to remove them without losing sanity! If you dont turn barney in he will thank you and give you a second coffee machine! But with longer cooldown! You can use eyedrops for the eyes in the ceiling! The bed monster is canadian! It needs maple syrup! Thats why ron said he carried maple syrups all the time! For barney and the headbanging anomaly you should take 2 sips before giving it to them! Dont inspect the picture cuz the picture will appear on its own! Pay attention to the appearances in the picture! Some parts can be different! At the ambulance! There is always one anomaly so you should check the cams to catch them! At room 5, theres a poster you can take down. It has a key hole and to get the key you need ratthew to sit on your counter to tell about his twin sister rattina! Once he leaves there will a key and note under him! Grab the key and go to room 5 and open the vault! There, will be a photo of rattina and note with a suitcase! The fire extuingisher can remove the slime! For the new ghost anomaly you can fire extuingisher to make it appear! You can tase or shoot it but becareful! When you step close to it you pose your sanity! Ron and ratthew are never anomalies!
