Spoke to a police officer last time I was in London who was on one of these (they pulled me over) always gotta ask/look how many miles they have this guy had a 2021 with 80000 miles on it 🤯
police officers get a lot of stick at times (rightly so sometimes) but it's important to remember there are still 10's of thousands of officers out here that are decent folk just wanting to do a good job and go home to their families. Great public engagement like this is wonderful to see ❤

Motorcycle Police tend to be pretty relaxed and personable, as are river police. Its more of a hobby of the subject of either their bike or boat rather than having authority over people. Good bunch 😊
I got talking to a bike-cop a few weeks ago, so interesting seeing the setup they have and that training they have is insane!

This policeman is like so many coppers I have met; I am just an ordinary man on the street no axe to grind here. I once spent 2 hours talking to a copper who was waiting for a tow truck for a car he had just confiscated (the driver had no insurance and the copper had bent over backwards to help the guy out) he showed me around his car (a pursuit vehicle) some of the kit was amazing, he put my reg in the ANPR system and had an answer in 30 seconds, he was a very experienced policeman, he let me pick his brains for two hours waiting for the tow truck.
