8:10 Looks like the lady in black was gesturing that the driver of the car was at fault. Clearly it was the cyclist that didn't give way to a vehicle already in the roundabout. I hope DC driver gave footage to car driver.

7:57 why all the people there angry to the car's driver? He entered the roundabout first, the cyclist wasn't checking right side then got hit. No one want that but please look at everything before yelling someone.

Man, yet more evidencet hat some people should reconsider driving/riding
