Here are some tips: There will always be no anomalies during the first shift. The first patient will always need herbs, while the 2nd patient always needs eye drops. When drinking coffee, always drink 2 sips. Do not drink 3 sips. This is because it makes the most of the coffee whilst still being effective against the window anomaly (the one that bangs their head against the window). When barney checks in, always protect him and give him what he wants. When the part where he asks for a photo arrives, do not close the shutters. Once successful, he will give you a 2nd coffee machine. (Barney the goat) If you accidentally let an anomaly enter, give it the wrong treatment on purpose. This will kill the anomaly. The fire extinguisher can clear out slimes, fires and hiders quickly. When blowing out the candles during a ritual event, equip eye drops to prevent sanity loss. If you let the bed monster catch you while holding maple syrup, it will take the syrup and leave you alone. Ratthew (the mouse) and Ron (the accountant) are guranteed to not be anomalies. Idk about barney cuz some say he's also an anomaly while others say that he's a serial killer. During surgeries, the first treatment item will always be iv drops. If you find that hollow eyes banging on the window, you actually need to give them a coffee to calm them down if don't, you'll lose sanity if you ask them to leave 9:00 if you see a don't look up anomaly you can give them an eyedrops to calm them down but you need to give the eyedrops really quickly because it can give you an eye content 13:51 if you find a fainted visitor, you can throw them in the trash...no one will know... 22:13 he's not an anomaly he's just special (I think idk) And his name is Ratthew btw 28:54 you can use fire extinguisher to clean that slime faster 30:08 you can just use fire extinguisher to put the fire away (I'm a lil bit bad at English y'all heheh) Hope this helps ^^

Here’s some tips the anomaly the bangs his head on the window get coffee an take to sips so you do not waste it and give the last sip to the banging head anomaly and the first person needs hers and the second. Patient needs eye drops. and if you see a monster under the bed, just give it maple syrup and it will leave.
