that plate is clearly illegal, biker was lucky the cop gave him a pass on that one, nice cops do exist guys, just treat them with respect, even if they dont show you respect so you can say you were never the problem.

sure you should have your plate visible when not taking pictures but keep your bike that color theres no law that states you cant have a oil spill car just make sure its not too reflective
