I was supposed to be having a lovely mother-daughter shopping day...instead I spent the night throwing up ๐คข๐ After being up most of the night with what I suspect was food poisoning (either from some meat I cooked or possibly prawns...I'm still not entirely sure ๐), I woke up feeling exhausted and a little worse for wear. The problem was that I'd promised Emilia a shopping day together and I really didn't want to let her down ๐ฅน In today's vlog, I attempt to power through the day despite feeling pretty rough. I chat with Edie and Alessia about my mystery illness, try not to gag while making dog food, and laugh about the fact that the "chicken necks" I bought from the Spanish butcher recently apparently weren't chicken necks at all...but rabbit cutlets ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ Thank you to everyone who educated me in the comments! Once I finally pull myself together, Emilia and I head off for a girls' day at the shopping mall. We stop for lunch at an Italian restaurant, browse Sephora, do a little more shopping than originally planned ๐, and spend some lovely one-on-one time together. We also pop into Alcampo (which is quickly becoming my favourite supermarket in Spain ๐ ) to pick up a few bits for the house, including some lactose-free ice cream for Jonathan. By the time we got home I was completely exhausted, so dinner plans quickly turned into a McDonald's order. I tried their chicken salad for the first time ever and honestly...it was surprisingly good ๐ We finish the day with an evening dog walk in the dark and a little catch-up about life here in Marbella. I canโt get over how Emilia has grown. I canโt believe how she has grown but I still see her as a cherry tomato eating baby and the cute video with her and Itโs Judyโs Time oldest daughter JB having the cutest โconversationโ with each other!๐ญโค๏ธ
Time to add an hour of Spanish lessons into your day! You've got this.
When you ate those prawns and said they were a bit smelly in the other video I remember thinking oh goodness, donโt eat them! Iโm so cautious about fish and seafood after having food poisoning so many times!
We need haul what Emilia got! ๐๐ป๐
Likely the prawns.
I think Emilia has an aptitude for Spanish and for learning the language. Iโve noticed this in Jonathanโs videos too! Have you considered putting her in a Spanish speaking school? Sheโs at the age where she could become bilingual
Love the mother and teen bond โค
Your girls are all so polite and sweet. Respectful and eager to help out. Can't get over how they have all grown. Haven't seen much of Andrea but hope he's enjoying Spain
I love seeing Emilia improve her spanish day by day โค
Anna, why would you choose that thumbnail? Using your 13 year olds body to appeal to a โcertainโ demographic is so gross & Emilia doesnโt deserve that
Food poisoning takes about 12 hours to kick in so probably was the prawns!
Food poisoning takes 24 hours to kick into your body . Sounds like it was prawns ๐คฎ๐คฎ
Love watching you bonding with Emilia. She's grown up to be a beautiful teenager. All your children are beautiful.
Anna, get Apple air tags place one in the glove department in your car. Then put on your phone the air tag that itโs your car. When you are out shopping and you canโt remember where you parked you can bring up the air tag and you can see where the car is.
trust me as an American, Crumbl is not that good lol. way overpriced and not as good as homemade! tell Lessy sheโs not missing anything
I am spanish and rabbit it's actually eaten here, especially in paella! We don't find it to be wierd!๐คฃBut I can understand some countries do no eat certain meats.
so sorry to hear about ur tummy anna! ๐ข glad to see u were feeling better. it was so nice of u to still bring emilia for a shopping date ๐ a wonderful mum u are!!
She looks just like her mommy. So cute โค
Beautiful mother daughter video โคโค and tell Emelia that her pink ๐ฉท Hollister top she changed into looked SO CUTE on her! See you next time and have a beautiful sunshiny day. โ๏ธ
Itโs definitely the prawns because you canโt get food poisoning that quickly. The food needs to be in your system for sometime for you to have that reaction
