Since when is USB connected to CAN-Bus? Even if you could bypass the OBD, why did the fuse pop? Yeah you off the MIL, but it ca me on for a reason! You didn't fix it, dipstick! FRAUD!!!!

A blown fuse means something is wrong. Just replacing the fuse ? It will just blow again. The problem isn't solved. Diagnose why the fuse blew, fix the problem then replace the fuse and clear the code.
