They Finally Got It Right.

Shocker we wanted chase-able loot in normal activities. Now there's solid loot everywhere and we can play whichever activity we want. We didn't want some insane new expensive story, we wanted loot in our looter shooter lol

The best thing I heard when this update dropped "we got everything we wanted for Christmas, but our parents got divorced

It only took the literal death of D2 for all the QoL changes people have been asking for for years to be added 😂

This update should have launched in the Final Shape or earlier. Even my buddy who hates Bungie has come back and is grinding like back in the day.

I have so much fun now. I can just drive around a patrol area and barely do anything then go back to the tower with actual usable loot

Turns out it was simple. Just make all the content rewarding

I came back because I knew it was the last. As a father of 5 I had very little time to keep up with the pace of the seasons. Now I know that I can put an hour in here and there and I don't need to be rushing through to get my money's worth before half of the content is sunset forever.

The other companies in the gaming industry genuinely wondering what Sony was smoking to end destiny just simply says everything that needs to be said😭😭✌️

The anti champion intrinsics on weapons was so so needed like 3 years ago but glad it’s here

Most Destiny players don’t want their loot taken from them. Which is why they don’t play marathon. Pretty simple.

For me and my friends the price point was an ENORMOUS factor. And the fact that now we don’t have to decide between taking a break and missing out on whatever else we paid for and having what, again, WE PAID FOR, be evaporated.

Helm is gone and the OG tower is fixed , we should be able to go visit it.

As a returning player it is not about it being the final update. It is about the game. Finally taken down all the walls. All the fomo and basically letting you play more freely and acquire the loot more freely, which makes the game more fun and not just tie you down to whatever activity is new in the game that they make you play.

I don’t understand what people can’t understand. It’s obvious Bungie took Destiny fans for granted. They took time and money away and put it in marathon. It’s beyond obvious. Now they give it full attention for one update and people show up. It’s easy to understand

For once in 5 years it feels fun! Getting all the cool old Weapons and armor plus ways to earn silver shop stuff! Also no more fomo and no more grinding power just to do it all over again next season

5:30 not just that. They seem to have buffed unstoppable and overload to just be on trigger pull, not the previous ADS for 2 seconds or mag dump to stun. That makes champions so much more manageable to deal with

Before MOT, I didnt care for video games much anymore, maybe played an hour or two each week. After MOT dropped? Im back to putting 3-4 hours into D2 a day after work. Most of my friends returned too after taking a long hiatus. The game is in incredible shape rn.
