so basically in ending 2, when the deliveryman goes to room 404 he sees a fridge and the dead bodies of the previous residents. after the screen becomes glitchy and the perspective switches to that of the landlord, we notice that he had been watching video tapes. this suggests that he had been closely observing kohei. perhaps he was making sure that after kohei's death, no one will go to his room and find his body in the fridge. after that the landlord goes to the room 404 where he gets demobilized and falls to the ground. he sees the legs of a man approaching him slowly with the smoke of the fridge coming from his back. this was the vengeful spirit of kohei which was stuck inside the fridge. then the screen turns black which means kohei kills the landlord. this ending basically shows that kohei became a vengeful spirit after being brutally murdered. he killed the residents along with the landlord for planning his murder. we see proof of these throughout the game through the delivery man's eyes. the pictures of the fridge all around the creepy woman's house, the blood in there, the weird guy who was worrying about the priest all the time seemed to be hiding something and now felt guilty, all are proof. we also saw the diaries which show us how evil the residents were towards kohei and how badly they treated him. i really hope nischay sees this it took me a while to write it all 😭 edit- in the first ending, the delivery man finds the body of kohei in the fridge and he leaves the apartment straight ahead. he survives and the police investigates and finds out kohei's body but there is no more information about the landlord and the residents' connection to the story in the second ending, the delivery man sees the fridge and the several bodies then we switch to the landlord's pov and what happened after is something i've already written. the delivery man survives here as well, kohei doesn't kill him for all the good deeds he did like giving water to his dog and finding out the entire truth about his murder.

My theory: Kohei was murdered by the Landlord, either to get all of Kohei's welfare money for himself, or because of the stigma in Japan towards people with disabilities. After murdering him, he dismembered him and hid his body parts in a fridge in room 404, most probably because he would continue to get his welfare money if people thought he was still alive. The man in blue with the knife in the jumpscare is the Landlord, the jumpscare is Kohei's way of telling the delivery man of the Landord's murderous nature. The Landlord keeps a watch on room 404 through a camera on the small TV in his room and whenever someone discovers Kohei's body in room 404, he goes up there to murder them, hence why the corpses of the other residents can be found with knives in them there. They probably investigated the room due to a stench coming from it or due something like the leaking blood in room 305. This would also explain the garbage bags. They specifically block the 4th floor from the elevator and the stairs, the Landlord doesn't want anyone discovering the body in the room. In Ending 2, after watching the delivery man go to room 404, the Landlord goes up there to murder him but is finally stopped by Kohei's spirit. Hope you give me a heart ❤️

For the people who might not understand what the game is about- from what I understand, it's about a man on welfare and gets disability benefits from the government and is shunned by people anywhere he goes because he's on welfare. That's why his mother wrote in her letter that those people don't understand those on welfare and with disabilities. The guy delivering the packages encounters the story of the killer in the game who is on welfare and gets disability. The guy from the room who doesn't said he doesn't come outside says he doesn't want to be like those people aka the people who get welfare and disability. At 38:38, the note about the priest saying "what is the weak person doing? I don't want to see it just useless without money." He is referencing someone on welfare, and that someone is the guy with the letters from mom and who lives in the building. At 40:47, when Mariko sees the guy looking at her son, she grabs him and takes him into the house because in the game, the reputation of someone being on welfare is that they are lazy. It's basically taking a stereotype and making a game from it. It's also ironic because everything that is stated in the diary letters are tasks that the player ends up doing for them. With Mariko, the player has to find the baby when in the beginning, she was scared of him seeing the baby, or at 42:20 about the cat. The letter says the player gives her a cat can, and then when he's delivering packages, he gets the cat can. I don't really understand what happened at 44:32, but basically, the delivery guy just encounters this guys stories.

right! Suddenly, the door opens with no one standing in front of him! When the deliveryman enters the room, he notices a welfare document. The crackling stops and the deliveryman notices that all the rooms that he has been to look the same. When he opens the closet door, he notices a white refrigerator placed in front of him. All of a sudden, the fridge makes weird noises and a loud beeping noise is heard. That's when the deliveryman notices blood scattered all over the floor and that the corpse of Takeo that has been decapitated is shown lying on the floor. But that's not the only corpse. When he opens the second closet door, he notices Arisa has been killed with a knife stabbing her left eye. The deliveryman also notices Michiru has died and his corpse is lying on the floor. With everything revealing that Kohei Mameshiba has killed all the residents. The deliveryman walks around and then, static fills the screen and then stops afterwards. Then, in the next part of the game, the player plays as the Landlord. The Landlord wakes up to find out that he is in a room with a TV, a VHS Tape, a VHS Tape Disk Player, a remote, and a bag of chips. He notices that all of the doors are locked. He grabs a flashlight and looks around. The main door unlocks and he finally gets out. He was in Room 101. He exits from the room. The Landlord goes all the way up using the elevator and notices that room 506 has its door slightly opened with someone watching and staring at him before closing itself shut. He then goes and stands outside room 404 and enters it. He notices the welfare document and the corpses of the residents scattered across the floor. He makes a misstep by opening the closet door, but suddenly, the room grows dark and starts shaking which results in the Landlord falling and landing on the floor. The lights turn back on. After seconds of waiting, Kohei Mameshiba (as a vengeful spirit) appears, walks up to him in a slow pace, and kills him by bludgeoning him in the head with the fridge. (*Heads up: It is unknown what happened to the deliveryman, but it is likely if he was killed at some point by Kohei Mameshiba*).

Triggu's ability to turn a terrifying horror game into pure comedy is a literal art form. 🎨😂
