To be honest, england got away with some suspect decisions from the referee. They should be more happy that those calls that should have gone against them didn't.

Good result for both teams as they going thru. Have to say that ref actually robbed Ghana a chance to score and maybe win and likely red. The other way around and VAR makes sure.

To me England is still the favourite to win the whole thing. In 2014 Germany also had a 2:2 draw against Ghana. In fact all four times Germany won a World Cup we didn’t win all group stage games. In 1954 we lost against Hungry, in 1974 we (ironically) lost against East Germany and in 1990 there was a 1:1 draw against Columbia.
