Irish people can’t eat in the heat

My husband and I just had this exact conversation. Then had a pizza each.... But with salad and outside so.

Potato salad is specifically for hot weather so you can enjoy your potatoes but in a cool and refreshing salad. You made the right choice.

That's why us southerners love our watermelon. It was always refreshing as a kid on a hot day or after playing in the pool for hours.
