Oh Jonna, I am so happy for you, I have already seen little Lumi on Instagram ❤️ I will finally get my little dog as well on the 4th of July after battling cancer twice and finally being healthy again and ready to move on. Her name will be Nila ❤ I know exactly how much joy and love you feel in your heart right now. Losing a beloved dog is so hard, but finally feeling ready to give your love to another soul is so precious. Thank you for your content, it gave me a lot of strength during my sickness 🫶🏻

There is a proverb here across the pond. “It came to me that every time I lose a dog, they take a piece of my heart with them, and every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are.”

Seven years ago, I lost my special dog- she was 16.5 years old. A little over a year later, I was finally ready to welcome a new dog. As he grew, the ONLY white mark on his whole body was a heart on his chest. He's a German Shepherd, and should not have white. But my dog who had passed also had a white heart on her chest- and she was a brown dog! I am sure she sent him to me. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
