My eye twitch tends to be eye strain. Working on the computer or reading too much, my eye is like “we must dance now!” So when it starts I switch to audio books. ☺️

I work in an Eye Clinic, it’s always recommended to get any new symptoms checked by your optician or GP. It could well be stress or tiredness but our eyes tell us a lot about our overall health so I’d always recommend getting something like this checked. ❤

Magnesium spray for eye twitches. Spray it on the soles of your feet, definitely not in your eyes! it’s fantastic. I’m Australian so I use the brand Salt Lab.

I get an eye twitch whenever I am super stressed and tired. It always lasts about 2-3 months

I remember you mentioning your family was in the AV business. Whenever I see your screen/projector set up, it warms my AV girl heart how wonderful it looks. Perfect fill on the screen, perfectly sized screen, no keystone issues, ceiling mounted projector. It's MWAH, chef's kiss! I've seen some rough setups, so seeing your professionally done setup is SO satisfying.

Another great video. ❤ my husband has trouble sleeping so I said leave your phone in the lounge. He got anxious but he has slept so well in the last 2 nights. He normally gets up at 3 times but now is sleeping through to the alarm. Have fun in the Netherlands ❤
