25:29 I put my clothes back in the drawer bc I feel like the slightly dirty clothes aren’t going to contaminate the clean ones but idk that’s just in my mind. but I also don’t live in a city and take the tube and stuff so I feel like it’s a bit cleaner.

liv, the red spots on your face are probably heat rash 💗 i get it a lot on my hands in the summer, however its not always when im outside or working out. it can come randomly and then go randomly but if you cant really feel the spots and theyre more like splodges or discolouration then its probably heat rash because the sweat isnt able to exit your pores
