a REALLY good mod that does infection mods justice is the Sculk Horde, and I think it's arguably one of the most minecraft-y ones out there. I know it didnt make it into the video but I heavily recommend it.

I remember a youtuber NeoCranium doing a scape and run SMP server with his community a couple of years back and always got the nagging feeling that the mod was dedicated towards the "losing is fun" and "hopelessly trying to defy all odds" brand of gamers. Everything was so powerful past a certain point that unless you had fully enchanted the best custom armor in the game and had potions, etc. etc. you basically had no chance of winning past a certain stage of infection.
its a shame desertification wasn't featured that's lowkey like the best infection mod great video anyways

37:00 SCR's even base mobs will obliterate your healthbar, the only real action you can take not to get overun is reducing the infection level, once it gets high enough its just iframe ignoring juggernauts you can't kill in a fight even with the game's best gear

OH YES infection mods! There are sooo many of them, some of them really bloody good as well, some being reworked, and some updated to this day. If Daiazal wishes to explore *more* or atleast all infection mods that guy gon' need the list.
idk about everyone else, but i'd love a more thorough playthrough of srp with the video being longer then usual and it having less edited out parts. Maybe you could even do a poll to choose which infection mod would be the best to do a playthrough on?
