This week, we finally tackled three old outbuildings that had long outlived their purpose. It was hard work, messy work, and far more involved than expected, but we've got our view back. *As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases made through links. --------------------------------------------------------------- You can also find me at the following places: 🛒Shop in my Etsy Store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/CarpentersDaughterGB Support Me Via Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/thecarpentersdaughter The Carpenter's Daughter Blog: http://www.thecarpentersdaughter.co.uk/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thecarpenters_daughter/ My Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Carpenters-Daughter-1581968535377709 Pinterest: http://uk.pinterest.com/carpenterslass/ Twitter: http://twitter.com/carpenterslass --------------------------------------------------------------- FOOD: My Food Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/TastefullyVikkie My Food Blog: http://www.tastefullyvikkie.com My Food Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/TastefullyVikkie Instagram: https://instagram.com/tastefullyvikkie/ Pinterest: https://uk.pinterest.com/tastefullyvik/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/tastefullyvikki ---------------------------------------------------------------

I think a local farmer can use those gates
I'm pleased you've pulled that mess down - you've given off vibes of wanting to preserve the previous owners' things... But it's yours now, make it work for you!
The gates and posts are worth a surprising amount of money - definitely do some research before thinking about scrapping/giving away!
What would you do with the new space?
I bet Mr TCD enjoyed driving the tractor 🚜
Paint your pry bar with bright fluorescent paint, it will be easier to spot. My last pair of secateurs is bright pink easy to find when you put them down.
That lorry shell could be painted and made into a wood store?
I love the way you just get stuck in and get your hands dirty, good on you girl.
Yes. You got rid of the tin buildings. You have your beautiful view back 😍 Well as soon as the Mr Whippy lorry box is gone too 😅 Great job
good job! & may i suggest getting a magnet on a long handle & dragging it over that area to pick up nails, screws etc.
Mr TCD really is quite a vandal 😂🤣
Nice demolition technique, stick the boot in 😉😉🤣🤣🤣
Very satisfying video! Asto the space well it could just be left to grass - assuming the concrete base can be removed - or turned into more growing areas. Alternatively if the base is solid enough and you don't mind losing the view again you could build some new outbuildings. I look forward to see what happens!
Job well done Vikkie. What a difference it's made. 😊
Brilliant well done
To be fair, Vikkie, I think you were out-muscling the tractor.
The old lorry box came from a well known factory called Robinsons who made surgical dressings in Chesterfield the town where I come from.
Would the metal sheeting possibly make good raised vegetable beds?
Well Done Vikkie (And Mr TCD), hard work, but a job well done. 😊
Just enjoy the space and view ,well done.
