Hey Papa K, I have one suggestion for you : add some sound ambiance. I need to hear swords hitting shields in the casern, hammers and saws sounds near the catapult factory, all that stuff that makes a base so much immersive !
I love the iron farm! You should know: Weapons held by mobs don't lose durability so no worries there, but I would enchant the weapons so they do more damage, killing the golems quicker!

For the iron farm, you could get up an auto crafter to indefinitely craft iron spears for the warriors to use, so you don't have to worry about running out, since you can use some of the iron from the farm, and just need to load a chest up with sticks.
If you ask pearl to build the Roman fire tower above the iron farm it will always be will be loaded more often because of the teleporter. And if I worked in the mine I’d feel much better with if the was a fire tower on the hill above

I'm pretty sure crossbows are the only weapon that use durability while being used by a mob

Different spears poke at different speeds, so a mixture of 1 netherite, 1 diamond, 1 iron etc might speed up the poking process. Also looting spears!
