45:00 I still think they should give Scarlet Witch a cone that hits everyone within it with her primary tick damage, and apply a flat chaos energy burn. This would make her a team ambusher like the Pyro in TF2, softening up the team and overloading the supports. That's an archetype we don't have on DPS, the AoE would then justify her weak 1v1. If she does too much damage with this change, her primary damage could take reduction, and make it back up with a temp HP blocker or damage amplifier on her bolts.

I love the focus on "The Ladder" for the tier list, since this is where 99.9999% of the playerbase resides, including high elo. Tier Lists made ONLY for pro play have their place, but shouldn't be all of what we see on youtube. "Rework Tier" is also a really good move going forward, hoping Netease looks at this.

My idea to make storm better is to give her an ability that is like Daredevil’s deflect or Iron Fist’s block but with wind. It’ll block damage and deal damage to any target on top of her so she can survive a dive or get behind cover when there is big burst coming. During this time she won’t be able to shoot, but can swap the aura so she can move faster or deal more damage.
