This reminds me of my mother inlaw, she suffered amnesia,partial stroke,diabetes and blurry vision. She started staying with me when I was 5 months pregnant. I will wake as early as 5 am to bath her,wash and change her clothes b4 anyone can come inside. People could hardly tell she was sick cos,she always apear clean and smell nice. Even when I delivered ,i would take care of her b4 attending to my baby b4 visitors will come. She died 2 months after I had my first daughter. I loved my mother in law so much cos I really wanted to experience the motherly love I didn't get while growing up. R.I.P to both of them

Being a mother is something very deep no one can explain, most especially, being a single mother. The kind of stress, pains, insults, embarrassment and sometimes some dirty jobs you have to do just to make your child/children happy and get the best for them so that they won't suffer in life. And when it gets to this point and those that never see the beginning of the struggle shows you this kind of character thinking that you have become a problem in their lives, it's really painful and heartbreaking 😢. This movie is very emotional. I can't hold back my tears 😭😭😭😭

This movie hit me hard and had me crying 😭🥹what we call her condition that "Queen Patience Ozokwo" was portraying was Dementia/Alzheimer's disease. Which in your country you call it Madness. I went through this with my beloved mother, and if you never experienced this you don't know how to handle the person, some people don't understand, that the things they do, is not intentional and they don't know what they are during, and they will sometimes for a few mins talk and apologize and say they don't want to cause you the stress, some will tell you to put them in a nursing home, then in a blink of an eye you responded to what they said and then they don't remember what they said or understand what you are saying This is a harsh and hurtful disease I don't wish on anyone. Wonderful and excellent movie, I pray that Patience Ozokwo receives an award for playing this part exactly how a person with the disease acts, great job ❤❤❤😢😢👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💐💐💐

I just lost my mom and my aunt 4 days apart in May with this dementia illness this movie played back all mom's behavior except for the screaming in the middle of the night and escaping from the house. I can't stop crying because I couldn't accept the fact my manman was losing her memory day by day. I only wished that I give her more love and affection besides taking care of her 24/7 by myself. Yesterday my baby brother my sister and I went to the cemetery for the 1st month after she passed. It felt good, but the emptiness is strongly felt. Please take of yourself and your parents if you can. May God bless you. ❤️🇭🇹🇭🇹
