The garden is amazing! Incredible how fast everything grew. You have lettuce beds, onion beds, zucchini beds etc, and a Holly bed 🐶. She loves the garden!

I freeze grn beans with no mush problem. Some blanch & shock in ice water first, I don’t bother. Use in soups/stews. Also with abundance of zucchini, grate/shred & freeze flat in zip bags. Can be used in pasta sauces, soups, frittata and zucchini breads. Chocolate zucchini bread the best, very moist.
