As the daughter of Angels i enjoyed this vlog and your transparency. I lost my dad in 2021 and my mom passed in 2025. I dont have the words to describe what being in the world as a parentless child feels like. I pray for your strength. I will not say it gets better. There is no better. I remember going to the gym during the grieving period after my mom passed away. I was bawling on the treadmill… I had to just get off and go home because I was just not ready. Please allow yourself self time to just grieve. Take as long as you need. Sending hugs and prayers.

i lost my stepmom in 2022 and my mother in 2023. both buried days after my birthday in 2022 and 2023. grief changes your brain chemistry. i havent been the same after that. i’m so proud of you perry for even be able to talk about it in this format.
