she's really not. your damage is insane only because you got fed like crazy, infact she actually needs a buff, her damage is way too low compared to other assasins.

Hirara's charge is the same as the cd of her first skill(purple) and wil always copy the cd of it. At 6:31, you're lvl 9 but you're skill 1(purple) is still at lvl1 cuz you keep upgrading skill 2 thus making your charge cd at around 8s instead of around 5s which could make a big difference. I know this is a habit now to prio ugrade later skills so what I did was swap purple and orange skill's placement. There's no reason for you not to swap it as she's still relatively new and you're still getting to know her so might as well change her skill setups now.

Wow, the different receptions of Hirara across all servers are vastly different. The NA server thinks she's OP but the SEA server thinks she's actually very underwhelming.

The problem with Hirara is that she is way too much of a high risk-high reward hero, if you don’t snowball it’s very hard in the late game since she’ll have practically no damage and her wave clear is ridiculously slow. If you do snowball though, she’s pretty good. Still not the best for me though.
