Jamaica is a high crime country it's not a peaceful utopia...we didn't become the most murderous nation per capita in the world with law abiding, respectful and peaceful citizens. We have vicious killers who won't hesitate to kill police, innocent men, women and children. Jamaica needs hard policing to get back in line with a normal society. Citizens who are concerned with the well being of Jamaica should first be concerned with the number of murders being committed... because to every action by criminals there will be reactions from the state.
