Reminds me of a dude I encountered on the road yesterday. Music blaring, driving too close behind me over 2 intersections then into same carpark. As I'm leaving, out he comes with groceries and gets behind me. This time he's doing all sorts of arm motions in his car - either an epileptic or really into whatever music was playing.🤣
