Tell Falcon that I subscribed already, damn!
One thing that absolutely should not go unmentioned is the unprecedented level of dev support that Crimson Desert has gotten, continues to get, and will certainly continue to get. The devs are in the comments sections and forums EVERYWHERE and they're actually listening and delivering. Not just once, but TWICE now, I have left a comment on a video about an issue I had or just a simple suggestion for a feature, and around a week later it was actually fulfilled in the next update. That is unreal to me. I'm not definitively saying that it was MY specific comment that got the devs to do it, most likely it was just a very common request. But the fact that other people have had the same experience means that it's possible that it WAS my comment, and that's really a hell of a feeling in today's massively connected world where the default assumption is that there are so many people talking that no one will ever know or care about your opinion.
Crimson desert and Mouse pi have been my highlight this year
Glad to see Crimson Desert get some love.
Peak year
Gothic 1 Remake blew my mind! Morrowind was my favorite game ever and I cant believe I missed gothic originally.
So glad Falcon didn't make this list!! Crimson Desert deserves to be on it!
Not having Slay the spire 2 on the list is crazy
RE9, James Bond First Light, Replaced and Mouse PI for Hire are all of my favorite games of 2026 that I played. RE9 is my current GOTY.
MOUSE PI HELL YES. Literally can't stop thinking about it and listening to the OST. Can't wait for the DLC!!
I love how Gameranx has no mercy on the non stop video releases. 😂💙❤
2026 is one of the best years in gaming, especially the second half which have a lineup of bangers
0:42 don’t let IGN watch this vid 😅
It's certainly been one of the most exciting years for gaming in recent history!
Pragmata and 007 First Light both games are my top candidate for GOTY this year Absolutely loved them
Crimson Desert: i’ve been telling my friends it’s a cross between Assassin’s Creed, Skyrim, and The Witcher 3. AC for mechanics (at least gameplay and traversal), Skyrim (genre and quests, helping people), TW3 for the deeper crafting elements.
Before watching, Gothic 1 Remake better be in there
Nioh 3 should've made this list IMO.
Crisol theatre of idols is awesome it’s like Bioshock meets resident evil
0:40 IGN are scratching their heads.
