I respect Poof's honesty when talking about why he hasn't played in a while and I see where he is coming from. I've been distracted with other games for a while that I've been neglecting my island, but I also feel like you kinda gotta be in the right mood to want to open the game up, you know? Returning to it almost daily can wear the game kinda thin, especially with how repetitive the cutscenes and events can get. Hopefully they'll add some more stuff in an update or something.

It’s literally the exact same cutscenes and interactions with customized texts and items. I can understand why it gets repetitive and hope they add more content or DLC.

We need: - Concert Hall - Mii Rankings (Same as 3DS) - City/Town area for online version so users can check out other people's miis and possibly invite them to their island.

I feel the same way about ACNH. There’s a lot of things it got right, but something about it feels… bland. I’m hoping Tomodachi Life gets more updates than ACNH did

The game has so much missing from the old one. They did amazing new things on this one. I don't think they thought it would be this popular. It needs updates so badly.

For the price that it is, it is very upsetting how repetitive the game gets after a few hours of playtime. The only way i still find enjoyment is decorating my island and adding more miis to meet others. It's a shame, they spent all that time making the customization system and making a big deal about being able to draw your own items (clothes, paths, etc). I'd rather have more content in the game over that...

I think a problem with this game is the level of excitement an events diminishing. In the og tomodachi life events were so rare it made them feel more special. This game could use like- monthly festivals, jobs or roles, something that gives the mii’s more character and rarer events to look forward to. Festivals and jobs/roles is all I could think of but I’m sure there’s more either time dependent or simply just huge events Nintendo can think of to make grinding the game more worth it (besides just wishes).

honestly yea the game felt pretty fresh at the beginning but after like maybe 10 hours of playing i felt like i had already seen everything the game had to offer, the game feels like a giant madlibs with how prompt heavy the dialogue can be so it gets pretty old after a while

my youtube glitched and was showing me a different comment section and the entire comment section was talking about body shaming and creating insecurities and i was so confused and thought people were cancelling poof for fat shaming a mii in his tomodachi life 😭😭😭

i agree where you’re coming from 5:01 the game feels extremely scripted, and it’s really nonsensical in the way that it takes away from what makes the game interesting. i miss old tomodachi life. they’ve should’ve kept the same features, but added new ones to keep us immersed. i play the old game for years, i got tired and bored of the new one within two weeks. love watching you play though poof

My main problem with tomodatchi life is it’s like acnh where it just focus on customization but it start to become repetitive with the conversation like what happen with the villagers in acnh. It sucks and I do like the game it just makes me become burnt out quickly

I really stopped playing this game after it got boring really fast. I also was mad when I had a baby on my island and I didn’t get to take care of it. This game is nothing but a “here damn” game
