I’m a true Californian, having lived in coastal regions my entire life. I can’t imagine my life without the sweet, flowery, Meyer Lemon Tree I love her so much. Way too many lemons for us to use, and everyone has some sort of lemon in their yards too. It’s a very prolific little tree. ❤ I used to go out to my outside table and squeeze lots of lemons into ice cube trays and then freeze them. Once hardened I pop them out into a big zip lock bag that I keep in the freezer. It’s very convenient for cooking to just grab a few ice cubes. Marinades, salad dressings, etc.
