Mortal as a fan of you since 2018 tumse bara hu 31 ka hu. I know you guys are there in the business since so long you folks know how to run a esport business. You guys invessted tons of money in ewc and money is the main concern . Please remember the things are not about a jersey or an event. Things back in 2018 were different the social media engagement is different. There were lot of thingss you guys are busy these days personal shoot, campaign content creation. So you know your main audience right? It's totally a digital business. People see you in a cam people listent to you people judge you people want to get connected with you and that's how fans grow in an org. As a soul fan till the very end I follow esport I will support soul and s8ul. But now the mindset of younger generation is different as a viewer perspective or as a player perspective. S8UL content is good everything is on top-notch. But sometime you may get criticism too because there a lot op people who are soldiers and they want a passive reply in any situation. I don't see calmness today when you talked about the jursey or at some points owners using abusive words to their fans is not the way to describe your workload and frustration. I know many things are going back around you as the workload have increased . But people try to connect with you through a comment or some text in socials. Some basic things are lacking between your org and fans . They were unable to get connected with s8UL . Now a days the opinion of fans didn't matters for the org . You guys are lacking in what's fans expectations from the org and and what you are providing them in any aspect like social post , opinions , criticism is totally opposite and it's a part of your business to maintain the balance between the audience As a owner most of the things were unseen from your side being an audience I can feel the 2018 S8ul owners who where energetic, less stress, discipline and focuses more in development. Less noise proper goal . Everyone is coonected from cc to fans. Everything was pure I am that soul fan no matter what in the end it's your org and your business . Till the last day i will support soul S8UL achieved lots of success and fans and I hope much more things to achive in the upcoming life because it's just ther starting of your end goal But if you have to choose being an oldest successful Indian org and being the most beloved inian org please try to choose the 2nd one.
