I think it's fitting the mission that takes place in the Kortz Center in the story mode is called "The Wrap Up" if it's actually the last big DLC.
I had a feeling that the mansion was going to be getting at least one additional room because there’s a very conspicuous unfinished wall opposite the vault in the basement, I was expecting it to be a planning room for whatever we’re going to do against Mr Faber but I guess a display room for stolen art actually makes more sense with it being near the vault

4:52 i think they just meant you can host a heist multiple times over and over if you own a mansion , like if you have the kosatka you can run multiple cayo perico “heists” as many times as you want (after cooldown)
