*NEW VIDEOS EVERY WEEK* Welcome back to another weekly vlog! 🤍 This week’s vlog is a chatty one as we open up about a few things we’ve been navigating lately, including our mental health, feeling a little stuck in a funk, social anxiety, and some of the small things that have been helping us feel more like ourselves again. We’ve realised how much we’ve missed being completely open and honest with you here. Sharing our lives has always been one of our favourite parts of creating content, and we started this channel with the hope of being the kind of support and encouragement we would have loved to have when we were younger. If anything we share helps even one person feel a little less alone, then it’s always worth it. Social media has been such a journey, and over the years we've learned a lot about resilience, growth, and staying true to ourselves while sharing our lives online. We’re incredibly grateful for this community and for the kindness, support, and encouragement you continue to show us every week. Thank you for being here. We love you all so much. 🤍 If you've been feeling a bit off lately too, we'd love to hear what's been helping you in the comments. We hope you enjoy the vlog, and we'll see you next week! xx ♡ FIND US ELSEWHERE ♡ *Instagram* Jas: https://www.instagram.com/jas_hoags/ Renee: https://www.instagram.com/renee_hoags... *TikTok* Renee: @reneehoagss Jas: @jasminehoags *Business Emails* [email protected] [email protected] ♡ WHAT WE USED TO CREATE THIS VIDEO ♡ Vlogging Cameras: Sony ZV1 Mic: Rode video mic / https://bit.ly/3HPvQJL Music: https://www.epidemicsound.com/referra... i know sometimes you guys avoid rude comments but i really really really want you to consider this Hare thing because i’ve had friends in that community and it’s borderline cultish so please don’t jump into something because of your boyfriend
Please be careful with the Hare Krishna Group (ISKCON). This is coming from someone who is Indian and a Hindu. It'll seem all happy and welcoming on the surface, but it's nothing like that once you really join/participate more. I know of people who were in the group and left, and they've said some quite interesting things about what goes on. It's literally a cult, please do some research! 😊
Oh my god girls!!!! PLEASE read the comments! Coming from experience, please avoid that group. Find your own path and not somebody else’s (jazz’s boyfriend!) let him do him, support him etc but don’t join… find yourself
Pleeease be very cautious of this Hare group that your bf belongs to. They appeal to peoples’ genuine desire to be good/better people and they often stress things like their vegetarian / low protein diet etc alongside subtle manipulation tactics to get you to be persuaded about certain things, and to eventually get you to do these things (and other things) too. All while posing the very pseudo-spiritual sales pitch "you are not the body." Even that may sound not too bad, the only thing that's really important to remember in ISKCON is that this cult revolves around their ‘founder’ who they blindly worship "as good as god". They all aim to "try to please" their founder by eventually manipulating you without you even realising it, selling as many books as possible, making as many new members as possible, and building as many new temples as possible, and getting you to gradually change certain things about yourself to become a better recruit. The longer and deeper someone's involvement gets, the less time they spend on actual spiritual practice and the more time they spend doing these things (to the detriment of any relationships or true goals they had prior to joining… it is well and truly a cult).
I swear every week you’re “in a funk” and changing habits
I love your videos and content but I cannot stand when you talk about how sad you are because your job is hard. After working a 12 hour shift and still not even being able to afford rent, this feels like a stab in the heart.
I think you guys need to go to therapy, u might think being in a funk all the time is normal but it really isn’t most people don’t feel that way!
why is your bf replying to comments defending his cult
That group is a cult please be careful. I think both of you need therapy or at least try it, that should help you get of the "funk"
why only befriending influencers? do you think you’re better than regular people?
Renee if you want protein eat a steak or chicken you body aborbs that much more than a proccesses protein poweder
So what’s gonna happen with his/your religion once you get married?
Hey ladies, ❤️ I’m really proud of how vulnerable you were in this video. I think it’s really inspiring. I just wanted to say this because I genuinely care about you both. I hope you’re careful when talking about the Hare Krishna community, as it can be quite a controversial topic. For your own safety and understanding, I hope you do some research into it as well. Anyway, I love you guys so much, and please don’t take this the wrong way. I’m not trying to tell you what to do I just wanted to share this because I care. 🤍
Tell us more about this Hare community What’s it about
Bit of a silent viewer. I have noticed you guys seem to be in a “funk” a lot and lots of people have that happen but maybe consider counselling as the number of times you guys have mentioned being down is a lot more than the average person. Love your guys content but I think you need to find the root cause of these feelings instead of trying to put a bandaid over it by changing up your lifestyle and routines. Changing routine is good and probably helps but maybe need to look deeper as to why these funks keep happening. Love your content and glad you’re sharing these things to normalise these conversations. Hope you can find some resources to help you :)
It seems like you guys are running out of content. Like in these recent vlogs there is more sit down talking. I love your content. Just stay authentic and true to yourselves.
“ It doesn’t get cold in Australia that much” maybe in QLD, but some states have snow and temperatures in the negative
