I was replaying Deltarune, and when I saw this question “where will it take place?” one answer that popped into my mind was when Noelle was talking to Kris about when they were all kids, and they went to, the forest behind the graveyard. If I’m unable to answer the question, then perhaps one of the participants that is able to answer it could us this.

Man, I literally watched your video on Noelle's smile for the first time something like 3 hours ago. It's almost like fate wanted me to prepare for this video.

I have to assume that the Ferris wheel is the correct answer. - You have the option to be aggressively insistent about riding with Noelle when checking the poster in Chapter 2. - Noelle talks with Susie in Chapter 4 about how she used to ride the Ferris wheel with Kris as a kid, but it was mostly forced. - Chapter 4’s Weird Route ends with Carol telling Kris that Noelle is excited to see them tomorrow at the Festival. While the Normal Route could allow Susie and Noelle to grow closer like they did in Chapter 2, the Weird Route could put a morbid spin on this by forcing Kris and Noelle together. We will see her smile, and neither of them will have a choice.
