It really felt like ilia abandoned his patience in this fight, which is one of the keys to his success. He wanted so badly to get the KO in the first/second round he forgot to fight smart, and beyond that it was too late w the damage he had absorbed.

Justin likes to dip down to Ilia's left side and Ilia can only counter that with a left hook because of his boxing heavy stance. Kickboxers and Muay Thai fighters can counter that with a knee.

The big problem was illia came out in the first round with no head movement, feints or angles. He had a high guard and tried to walk Justin straight to the fence and ate a fuck load of jabs for it. Being a pressure fighter isn’t about walking forward recklessly.
