I love how Belgium refuses to use it as commercial breaks. We are just watching the players take a break, the coaches talking and arguing and some atmospheric images of the stadium.

I get hydration breaks for certain games where its very hot. Why tf are there hydration breaks in stadiums with air conditioning though?

I agree, and some of these games are played at night yet still have hydration breaks for some reason when it's like 15 degrees.
