Paleontology nerd here. Sauropods had a trait called "gigantothermy", essentially meaning that theyre too big to be affected by temperature differences, both hot and cold; so thick fat for tropius actually makes a ton of sense.

Small note for the Mega Sceptile bit. Mega Evolution cannot change the HP stat of a pokemon. Only Dynamax can affect HP

Zing Zap is exclusive to Togedemaru and Pincurchin because, in Japanese, it translates to 'Shocking and Prickly', so Zing Zap only makes sense on Pokémon with Spikes.
28:15 Here’s the thing about Unburden, the Pokemon who are best with it actually are very fast Pokemon. Mainly Hawlucha (in singles mainly) and Sneasler which was part of why it got banned to Ubers in Gen 9 (also because Dire Claw is dumb). The main reason why it’s good on fast Pokemon is so that way you can bulk it out. Hawlucha for example only runs 124 spd evs and with unburden it goes up to 606 spd. Sneasler tends to run max speed. So Sceptile having Unburden isn’t the problem, since with minimal spd investment it hits 606 after unburden. Its biggest issue is it needed to be a physical attacker so it can use swords dance

37:37 When I received Castform when I was 9 in Alpha Sapphire, I loved it him so much. I kept him on my team through the remaining gyms and took him to the Elite Four with me twice. I remember putting him against Wallace's Milotic and having him tank a Hydro Pump and then it did significantly less damage to the serpent. I wanted him use him so badly that I kept putting him in situations he wouldn't win. He is my Elite 4 Champ though, and he'll always be one of my favorites. I'm excited to see the boost!
