It came in use too. Isaks touch was not recognised by the ref until this tech was used to notice that he did. By that, svenburgs goal was allowed.

FIFA's behavior is always something😅.The organization was terrible. There was a mysterious shooting at one of the players' hotels. The pitch wasn't football-grade, but NFL-grade. The English team's equipment was robbed clean.The best referee from Africa who came from Somalia was not allowed to enter. The Uzbekistan team was searched and interrogated for 7 hours, not to mention the Iraqi team captain was interrogated by It took a long time and the Iranian team was only allowed to enter during the match.😅
