Ghanaβs government has officially pushed back after Thomas Partey was denied entry into Canada ahead of the World Cup clash π¬π Now, Canada has responded. A spokesperson from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), speaking on behalf of the minister, insists the decision was not personal β stating that every applicant is assessed individually based on facts and the law. But Ghana isnβt backing down, calling the decision unfair and demanding a review π Is this justiceβ¦ or double standards? #Partey #Ghana #BlackStars #Canada #VisaDenial #WorldCup #GhanaFootball #FootballNews #BreakingNews #AfricanFootball #ThomasPartey #FIFA #SportsNews #KingKobbySports βΈ» Thomas Partey, Partey visa denial, Ghana vs Canada, Ghana protest Partey, Canada immigration response, Black Stars news, Ghana football news, Partey Canada ban, FIFA World Cup news, Ghana vs Panama, Partey latest news, football controversy, IRCC Canada, Ghana government response, sports breaking news, King Kobby Sports

Canada is being unreasonable and setting a very bad precedent here. Canada's law states that you "MAY" be denied entry if you are standing trial in another country. It is not an automatic denial but based on case by case. Even if you are under trial and the Canadian authorities feel that you are not high risk, they will allow you. So, this is an abuse of power which must be condemned. Because Partey is not going for a holiday but an international assignment sanctioned by FIFA. He will leave after the match with the team. If Canada can't allow players and officials entry due to their law, then they shouldn't apply to host any tournaments.
Denial of Partey visa could be a blessing in disguise bcoz he seems not to be in a stable mindset now, even the friendlies with Wales we all saw his performance but when replaced the team performed better in the second half
Go Ghana go black star π
Donal Trump has been convicted of rape, Canada allowed him into the country. Partey has been accused, not convicted yet . FIFA shouldβve protested such move , by Canada
As a South African I'm not laughing ππππππππππππππππππ
Kofi let go Ghana π¬π is waiting for you my brother πππβ€β€
Why wasting time back and forth with this issue. Pursuing and making much noise over this matter is doing more harm to the player because it's creating more awareness and I imagine what will happen Ghana playing any team with Partey on the pitch. The boing and so on. I mean if he can be replaced by Ashimeru that'll save us all these troubles now and going forward. My humble opinion π
*...and the law.* Unfortunately that is how other countries work. Stop crying about it, the victim mentality needs to stop. He is facing multiple charges of sexual assault and rape in the United Kingdom. Unfair, maybe, because he is not convicted, but again the law is the law.
All Partey needs to do now is return to Jesus and all cases against him will drop.He should try this and see the results.
Let the black star turn to be a shining star π so that Ghana π¬π would be a winner π
He was born in Portugal π΅πΉ
Where is my shoutout?
No country should be in a position to decide who can play in another country's team. Accepting to host the world cup assumes you will allow a country to bring her players into your country except in extreme cases and FIFA Cannot hide from this. Countries should commit before they bid for hosting the world cup. Can you imagine a country denying Pele a visa so he can't play for Brazil?? We should not let Canada get away with this. Ghana should take this seriously.
Utter nonsense from the Canadian immigration
Canada is racist but Iβm sure there have black players in their team. Even birds travel freelyποΈ
Ghana should deport Canadian consulate in Ghana for tick for tight
Their reasons are not tangible
This people wonβt change their decision hmm
All this drama could have been avoided if Thomas Partey was dropped from the squad
Why do you all talk only in your language
