Some information, drag tyres were also great in FH5 for many FWD cars if they already have enough handling out of the box, as well as some A or even S1 cars provided they have good handling. In FH6 drag tyres got a lot more lateral grip compared to FH5 and cost 40 PI less than rallies, hence why they are a much better option compared to rallies for many cars. Rally tyres are still a good option for cars that do not have the handling to run drag tyres, such as many purist builds. A lot of FWD cars are still really strong even with rally tyres on. TLDR: Rally tyres aren't useless but they may be slightly weaker. Drag tyres got buffed while also being way more PI efficient in FH6. It's crazy
