Need to have a wheel spin where you get multiple relief pitchers. You should be using your relief pitchers right after your starter not using two starting pitchers in one game.

The “Clutch” stat within players is only relevant when a player is batting with a runner in “scoring position” (runners on either 2nd,3rd or both” The Clutch stat overrides the original contact stats if you have runners in scoring position. Mookie betts has 101 contact vs Righties, and 110 clutch. If Betts was batting with Runners in scoring position, he’d have 110 “contact/clutch”
