I saw this exact clip on Instagram. It's crazy how smarter YT comments are compared to Insta comments

My dad was in Rodeo back in the late 70s early 80s. He rode bareback bronc, and did bull riding. He body fell apart in his mid 40s. He had both knees replaced, his neck was fused together so he only had 25% movement to turn his head. He had multiple surgeries on his shoulders, elbows, and hips. He was forced to go on disability early after 30 at the steel plant in Lorain. After all that cancer got him. Rare form of leukemia, untreatable. He was the hardest man I knew and all my friends loved him. Rodeo is a one-way road to disability. Even if you quit early it's going to catch up to you.

I love how the rider gave this little guy the help he needed and nothing more. All he needed was patience.

I'm glad he waited and didn't try to touch the little fawn. Because for those who don't know, touching the fawn could leave the human's scent. And when their scent is imprinted on the fawn, it's mother may disown it for smelling like a human, and it could also attract predators. So I'm glad he waited :>

This applies to humans as well. We all deserve a little more patience sometimes.

It panicked, almost gave up, got his shit together and calmly handled it. Very inspiring
