Tutorial how to jump : Jumping is one of the most natural and powerful movements the human body can perform, but mastering the ability to jump higher requires much more than simply bending your knees and pushing off the ground. Also you can get to the other zones you don't need that much stamina the only problem is you got to like save the stamina that you have like if you're trying to get to 3 zones just jump on the second one it will recharge your stamina then you'll have enough to go over to the third one
