I loaded many remains working for an airline and loading military ones, everything stopped. Loading a child size box broke my heart and had me crying.

I am a retired funeral director, who sometimes drove the hearse onto the tarmac to receive the remains during a dignified transfer. This occurs after the plane has docked at the gate, and anyone in the Airport can watch the process through the windows. I remember on one occasion, it made me cry when I saw a very young boy salute as the casket came down the ramp.

I do this all the time. Not a huge deal and no private room
