Upar se convenience aur service ka cost alag hai. ₹26 mein ghar par banana aur ₹400 mein café se kharidna directly compare karna thoda unfair hai. Kyunki yeh chote chote additions bhot jyada cost inflate karte h. Jitna perishable item jaise yahan avocado h utna hard usko manage karna toh uska cost toh it all depends on the supply chain thorugh which thay cafe is operating ..if cafe is big then due to economies of scale it manages to sell at low cost Haan, premium cafés brand aur experience ka markup bhi charge karte hain, but price sirf avocado aur bread ka nahi hota.
