Many restaurants have begun cutting corners and using premade sysco foods to save money. Kinda looks like that may be whats going on at Lamplight. They are cutting corners to keep the price around the same.

You ate more than I do in a day and I heavily exercise for 90 minutes 6 days a week. That is ALOT of empty, useless calories. Every single bite.
