This scene could so easily have been saved, if they just removed the shot of Arya getting stabbed in the gut. Just the initial attack would have left a wound good enough for the story to continue.

There were no shortage of dumb things in the later seasons of GOT, but Arya walking off being stabbed multiple times like it was nothing was one of the dumber plot points.
