If the officer approach your car, even if you claim that he cannot see through the back glass, and he see you sitting in the car after the stop, and you are not seen belted in, he can charge you for not wearing a seatbelt . You should stay strapped in, until he can clearly see you are still strapped in, other than that, he will charge you for not wearing a seatbelt, even if it was a pretextual stop regardless of him not able to see through your back glass . It is a no win situation regardless . Plus you are outside of the car arguing into your phone, and making a fuss, and that can be used against you, unless the officer asked you to come out of the car after the stop, because that can be used to say you are not strapped in . It is mind over matter, and they can use that as being one step ahead of you, and are more likely the geniuses who made you fall into a trick bag . They could have easily charge you for having too dark a tint on your back glass as well, if they cannot see you and any passenger, or passengers in the car from the rear of your car . You got to be ahead of them, and not them being ahead of you, and always think smart . And with all that you have not shown the back glass of your vehicle as proof that they cannot see through it . Again, you are not a genius, but looking foolish at this time for not pointing out the facts, and not showing yourself strapped in . He just rolled out a length of toilet paper, maybe it can come in handy for you .
