Yoru is currently benefitting from what I like to call "the scan effect" on Ascent. There are maps where playing whichever Scan Initiator is less meta is better because teams are more used to shooting the other's utility. Teams are not used to playing against Yoru timings on Ascent because Ascent wasn't in the pool when Yoru was meta. It won't work forever but while teams are not at all used to it this Oping Yoru on defense Ascent is doing fucking work.
PRX so determined to improve their Ascent they forgot to prac any other map lol ETA: that one round though. The most PRX of PRX rounds.
