Sometimes I forget that Jake is actually a Sound Engineer. He talked about it in some videos so it's known, but it's something that you kinda just put on the back burner. The chance of the Pan Fire at the same time as the Electrical Fire Downstairs is actually quite high, the person upstairs could have been cooking, then they panicked when they noticed "Oh shit there is a fire downstairs" and probably just bolted out of there, because if there is a fire under you, you could get trapped if you don't leave fast enough.
