T1 winning streak is cool. Those comeback wins against GENG and KT show how scary their late-game teamfighting can be. But that also means that their early game is not the best, which HLE heavily exploited today. T1 got bodied in every early game, and HLE suffocating macro is insane that they didn't even give T1 a decent chance in games 3 and 4. T1 looks beatable in a lot of their games in their winning streak, but despite the close gold gap in some of those games, T1 just team fights their way to victory. HLE showed levels today. #1 seed deserved.

Looking back at where they all started, this hits so incredibly hard. Guma leaving after such a brutal year to make HLE only his second team ever, Delight almost retiring, Zeka finally making it to MSI, Kanavi’s first time proving himself in the LCK, and everything Zeus went through... They all carried so much individual heartbreak. Seeing them bend, refuse to break, and achieve greatness together is pure cinema. I’m actually tearing up. So deserved. 😭🧡
