The Bluetooth earpods are receivers. They don't emit any waves or radiation, so issues of cancer cannot arise.

It’s not the cancer I’m worried about. The wireless earphones make me dizzy, my head feels like it’s going to explode. The pressure between my ears and frontal lobe is insane and no I don’t use the noise canceling setting. This happens with all types that sits inside the ear canal.
