The “Now Playing” thing - is that like when you’re listening to a podcast or music and then the screen defaults to the home screen but what’s playing still shows? I like the new update if it prevents what i’m listening to from accidentally playing after pulling out earbud.

iOS 27 Beta 1 feels more refined than iOS 26 ever was. Everything just works so well

Before transitioning to a new OS, Apple must focus on the broken contact poster thing.

My iPhone 12 mini on iOS 27 went from 100% to 42% in 9min, but of course its my backup phone, my main 13 mini lasts the whole day as always (on iOS 26 ofc)

Been updating since iOS 17 using Dev Betas, yet to see 2-3 changes that actually improved my experience of this OS made for old people or kindergarteners. Except T9 Dialing, I can't remember one feature that actually made me use my iPhone 15 Pro over my cheap android. I hope these 3 volume sliders finally fix the bug of the ringtone not ringing even when the phone is not on silent mode and with max ringer volume.
